Emergency Dentist in Poole
Fast. Reliable. Expert care, when it matters most.
Dental emergencies can strike unexpectedly, causing pain, discomfort, or distress. Whether it’s a sudden toothache, a broken tooth, or a knocked-out tooth due to an accident, we understand how urgent and unsettling these situations can be.
At Dental Poole on Culliford Crescent (BH17), we prioritise providing same-day emergency appointments to address your needs promptly and effectively. Our goal is to alleviate your discomfort, resolve the issue, and get you back to feeling your best as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, do not hesitate to contact us.
Some of our lovely REVIEWS
While we offer private emergency dental care at our Poole clinic (Culliford Crescent, BH17), we know that many patients may also be entitled to NHS-funded urgent treatment.
If your dental emergency meets certain criteria, you might be eligible for NHS Band 1 urgent care, which includes:
-
Pain relief (e.g. for severe toothache or abscess)
-
Temporary dressings or repairs
-
Management of trauma or bleeding
-
Assessment of swelling or infection
However, NHS emergency appointments are often limited and subject to availability. In contrast, our private service allows faster access, same-day appointments, and full treatment in one visit — with transparent pricing and full control over your care.
If you’re unsure whether your emergency qualifies under the NHS or should be treated privately, our team is happy to explain the differences clearly before you commit to anything.
📞 Just give us a call — we’re here to help you choose the best path forward.
Band 1
£27.90This covers an examination, diagnosis (eg X-rays), advice on how to prevent future

If you require urgent care, even if your urgent treatment needs more than one appointment to complete, you will only need to pay one Band 1 charge.
Band 2

Band 3

Even if you’re accessing emergency care privately at Dental Poole, you may still qualify for support with NHS treatment costs — especially for follow-ups or other routine care outside your emergency appointment.
